Napa Valley Museum
Rent the Museums
Host a Delicious Private Event at the Museums!
The Museum’s galleries and outdoor spaces are available to rent for celebrations and corporate events. Host your next event in a gallery setting surrounded by one of our extraordinary exhibitions.
The NVMY is our primary event space, including three galleries, two parking lots, one large Meadow for accessory parking and events, an outdoor patio, and a catering kitchen. An expansive new video screen makes your videos look and sound great (live streaming coming soon). Our unique facility accommodates any type of gathering from formal sit-down dinners to elegant cocktail parties. We can put you in contact with performers to entertain your guests and caterers who will create savory appetizers or gourmet dinners to help make the evening memorable. Our main gallery is open and flexible to accommodate whatever you can dream up for:
- Rehearsal dinners
- Holiday parties
- Corporate events & retreats
- Wine Tasting
- Any special occasion!
The MAC, which opened in April, will be available on a limited basis for exceptional rental events after museum hours (5 pm). Host your holiday party, corporate event or other special occasion within our main gallery exhibition, currently Julia Child: A Recipe for Life. Our neighbors: the Michelin-starred team at PRESS and Under-Study, can make it easy to engage their exceptional catering services, and the many other nearby wineries and restaurants can make your event unforgettable. Capacity seated is approx. 45-50; 100-150 for standing passed wine and canapés. Valet parking likely required.
