Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
During exhibition openings, holidays, special events, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
If an item is temporarily unavailable or requires additional processing, we'll contact you using the email address provided with your order.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Estimates
After your order has been shipped, typical delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (when available): 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Store Pickup
Select items may be eligible for pickup at one of our museum locations. When available, this option will appear during checkout.
You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting the museum.
Shipping Addresses
Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to update your shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date, please contact us promptly.
We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At this time, Napa Valley Museum primarily ships within the United States.
If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us before ordering. We'll let you know whether shipping is available and provide a shipping quote if applicable.
